1. The product

VidMagnet Otter is a Windows desktop app for reviewing and saving supported video posts. Availability, quality, and access depend on the source platform, the post, your region, and your own authorized access. We may update supported sources and app functionality as platforms change.

2. Responsible use

Use the app only for content you own or are allowed to access and save. Respect copyright, creators' rights, and each platform's rules. Do not use the app to bypass private accounts, paywalls, DRM, CAPTCHAs, or other access controls. You are responsible for your use of downloaded content.

3. Activation and purchase

The activation code is a digital, one-time-purchase product, not a recurring subscription. Keep your code and purchase reference private. When purchases become available, the purchase page will state the offer and price; the FastSpring checkout will display the final amount, currency, applicable taxes, and payment terms before payment. FastSpring acts as the seller of record for orders it processes, so its checkout and sale terms govern the payment transaction. These Terms of Use govern your use of VidMagnet Otter and do not replace FastSpring's sale terms.

Your activation code has no preset expiry date or recurring license fee. Features that depend on outside platforms may change when those platforms change. Please check the product page and user guide for the current supported functions.

4. Support and changes

For activation or product problems, see Product help or contact support@vidmagnet-otter.com. We may make reasonable changes to the app or these terms. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date and will not remove rights that applicable law gives you for an earlier purchase.

5. Your rights
